One awrad I will give you that is so small and so little but it is like a sword to cut down that trouble that you are facing and the only cure is that to see a response quickly. first you read shahadatyn 3 times. istaghfirullah 70x fatiha one time and then you give them to the Prophet (s) to take care of that person that he gave to the Prophet (s), to presnt them to the Prophet (s). if you read that on a sick person, that person if he is not sick for death, he will be cured. 3 shahada 70 istighfar, one Surat al-Fatiha and then gift them to the Prophet (s).

Grand-Shaykh `Abdullah al-Fa'iz ad-Daghestani  said to save yourself from that and to enter in the ocean of knowledge you have to recite the following:

Three times shahadatayn, 70 x istaghfirullah, 1 Surat al-Fatiha, 3x Surat alIkhlas and to presnet them to the Prophet (s) and then He in turn will present them to Allah swt.

If that person read that and sleep with that principle Allah swt will give him visions and dreams as if he is in the Presence of the Prophet (s).

he says that awliyaullah know that there followers are helpless and they do on their behalf but they ask their followers to do something in order to connect their pipes together. and he said this person will be protected from sharr, from evil power. he he said that Allah swt said in Holy Qur'an: atee'oollah wa atee'oor-rasula wa uli'l-amri minkum
